clicks：1646 次cseg enterprise group co., ltd. emphasizes talent cultivation and the growth of every employee, spares no effort to satisfy their needs for learning and training to fulfill its philosophy of “let everybody fully display his/her talent” and gather talents to optimize its talent structure. targeting all employees of the group and its affiliated companies, cseg held 12 cross-department internal business training sharing sessions from dec. 2017 to may 2018. this training, aiming at strengthening various teams’ understanding in each other’s contents and nature to enhance their cooperation and help each department to systematically sort out their work, is also an effective training session to cultivate internal instructors.

on differences of the business nature of the group’s functional
departments and each affiliated company, these 12 sessions were divided
into functional and business parts. the functional part was mainly
lectured by the group financial center, general manager office,
comprehensive management department and human resources department,
while the business part was mainly lectured by energy group, investment
group, samam, sam pictures and china jing an.
