cseg 2018 development activity themed “build a highly efficient team and forge head to a brilliant future” has been completed successfully


one renowned management master once said, “the construction power of an excellent team should not be underestimated. managing such a team, the company will have invincible power.” cseg organized a two-day “build a highly efficient team and forge a brilliant sam” themed development activity on aug. 25-26, 2018 to further improve the leadership of its management team and enhance employees’ executive force and the team’s communication and coordination competence.
this development activity mainly took the form of experiential projects. all members were randomly divided into 5 groups by drawing lots. team leaders were the heads of the five sam business sections. through f1 race, group kitchen, cross fire and other projects, all samers that participated had experienced a spiritual baptism and got a clearer understanding of the component factors and importance of a highly efficient team.
all
teams competed to win the first place in the last road show segment of
the f1 race. every team members went all out to display their strong
suits and demonstrated the graceful bearing of this race and their team
in an interesting and meaningful way. the achievements made by each team
were wonderful presentations of the team leaders’ leadership, team
members’ communication and coordination abilities and their executive
forces.
after
the two-day’s development activity, each samer gained deep thoughts via
experiencing the intense and funny race, group kitchen of harmony and
family atmosphere, and the united and moving cross fire. all functional
departments and business companies organized internal discussions,
summarized and shared each others thoughts.

in the sharing session held on aug. 31, everyone opened their hearts and proactively communicated their reflections, gains and shortages they had realized in this activity and indicated they would make positive changes to apply the things they had learnt and felt in this activity to their work in the future and make themselves fully devoted to build a brilliant team and render themselves more efficient and an insider who can zealously “fulfill, explore, devote, be loyal”, thus promoting their department, the company and cseg to become a more efficient whole and embrace the brilliant future of cseg.
