november 18, 2016: the cpc sam party branch held a “two studies, one action to help sam take off” theme democratic life meeting. all cpc members of china sam and invited people participated in the meeting.
at the meeting, lan wenbin propaganda committee of the party branch and zhou lu, organization committee of the party branch respectively, shared excerpts from the speech“hard work makes dreams come true”given by cpc general secretary xi jinping and good deeds done by xiang hongjun, an outstanding cpc party member from beijing. all present party members and the masses reviewed the glorious history of the communist party of china from abstract party philosophy to vivid figures and deeds. the participants got to understand cpc’s excellent descent, its lofty mission and determination for development. a great debate was conducted around the difference and connection between the party spirit, hard work and dreams an outstanding party member should have, and thereby the two words “hard work” were extracted as the general guideline for the party branch to guide sam group. achievements can be made only by hard work, and so does effectiveness. lin yuan, the party branch secretary, said that china sam party branch must spur itself with “hard work” in the future organizational life, stick to cpc’s dreams and beliefs, enhance party member awareness, serve colleagues with “hard work”, and jointly promote the development of sam with a down to earth attitude.
in response to the meeting topic, party members and the masses were enthusiastic to speak and share their insights, making highlights emerge from time to time. as a cpc veteran with 10 years of party standing, hua yijun, combined with his experience of joining the party, called on everyone to put party spirit insights into work, fulfill everyone’s duty at a down-to-earth attitude, enhance capabilities, help colleagues make progress and jointly promote long-term development of the group. li xueliang, director of the gm office, proposed the combination of cpc’s advanced aspects with work, better serve the masses, and attract more masses to join the party. liu junlai, an active party member candidate, expressed his willingness to “set up a benchmark for the generation of party members born in the 1990s with his own efforts”. it was a special highlight of this democratic life meeting.
