on 9th december, 2019, china sam enterprise group co., ltd. (“sam group”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with avic trust co., ltd. (“avictc”). both sides will conduct deep cooperation in terms of strategic investment and financial services. the chairman of sam group, the secretary of cpc committee and the chairman of avictc attended the signing ceremony.
