on january 6, 2021, jiangsu honghai energy co., ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "honghai energy") and jiangyin xineng industry co., ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "xineng industry") signed the "general contract for new construction of 110 kv substation". according to the contract, honghai energy entrusted xineng industry to carry out the epc general contract for the project of 110 kv substation of jiangyin lng storage and distribution station. this project includes project design, equipment procurement, construction, installation and commissioning, completion and production.

honghai energy is the sub-subsidiary of zhongxing tianheng energy technology (beijing) co., ltd. (stock code: 600856). there are two 80,000 cubic meters lng tanks with related technology, utilities and auxiliary facilities. the transferring capacity is 2 million tons per year with is equivalent to 2.8 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the invested and constructed storage and distribution lng station. at present, the project has fully entered into the middle delivery stage, and is planned to be put into trial production in july 2021.

during the implementation of the external power project of jiangyin lng station, the local government organized special meetings for several times to clarify responsibilities and promote the implementation of the work. overcoming the difficulties of insufficient professionals, honghai energy organized experts to review the design of the substation and the budget to optimize the transformer capacity from two sets of 16,000 kva to two sets of 8,000 kva. all parties made concerted efforts to promote the project.
