according to the spirit interpreted by the notice of < opinions on speeding up gas storage construction and perfecting the market mechanism of auxiliary service on gas peak shaving> (ndrc and nea rules [2018] no. 637) issued by the national development and reform commission (ndrc) and the national energy administration(nea), and the requirement proposed by the planning of jiangsu province on gas storage facilities construction (2018-2020) >, jiangsu honghai energy co., ltd. signed the greement on gas storage capacity index> with people’s government of wuxi province(hereinafter referred to as "agreement"). according to the agreement, jiangyin lng project will provide gas supply on daily basis on account of the average demand of the city for 3 days.
